To everyone...we here at Blackbutterfly Poetry & Art have much apprecated all your visits to the website and for all your wonderful and encouraging and loving me comments over these past 10 years.
The Guest Book is very special and so commemorative of our expressions of appreciation for the wonderful Art of Prose and Poetry, and Spiritual Communion. This year is so special, in that we will be celebrating the 10th Anniversary of the Blackbutterfly Expressions page! Hope you will come visit us in December..its going to be a Grand Day, Rejoicing and Singing, Dancing and Praising, Celebrating and Giving God Thanks...Always!

My Sisters’ Fabulous Vacation in LA!
August 2019!! What an incredible...awesome month this has become...already! I am actually short of words...or words are not enough...thus far. To fully express the spiritual and emotional, mental and heart-touching experiences of the first few days of August. Having loved-ones (siblings) come from a long-distance away, spending as much time with them...as time (schedules, duties,) allowed, every day truly was/is a special occasion! Hadn’t seen them in over 15+ years...so much sensational and sheer joy! Celebrated one’s Birthday! What a serenely beautiful and lovely time and day it was.
Ultimately, a week of being together in the same city after all these years...being in their presence for hours at a time...what a blessing in time. Now, as the days come and go...I’ll always remember these special and amazing, awe-endearing times...evermore the precious memories we made. Unforgettable and treasured beyond mere words. And yes, we do plan to do this all again...and again.
I thank God for allowing this all to be...as my heart smiles with Endless Joy and Gratitude!! †♥Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵Ʒ♥†

Black Butterfly' by Deniece Williams, has always been my signature song. I have listened to this song with such endearment, since it's debut on the charts (early 80's). The lyrics are just perfect and very soulful...the beautiflul voice of Deniece, and the musical arrangement of this song is pure magic.... truly the musical essence of the butterfly.

THE DAY WAS AUGUST 29, 1958...THE DAY AN AMAZING THING HAPPENED. MICHAEL JACKSON WAS BORN. THIS DAY WAS ALSO THE BIRTHDAY OF MY DEARLY BELOVED MOTHER, WHO PASSED AWAY IN 1991...THE YEAR MICHAEL JACKSON, WAS MAKING NEWS AS USUAL, FOR HIS INCREDIBLE LIFE AND GOD-GIVEN ABILITY TO ENTERTAIN LIKE NO OTHER BEFORE. NOR WILL THERE EVER BE ANOTHER WITH SUCH QUIET AND AMAZING SPIRIT TO PERFORM. I GREW UP IN MARVEL OF THE JACKSON 5! THEY BLEW AWAY EVERY SENSE OF STEREOTYPE. THE BEAUTIFUL TALENT MICHAEL EXEMPLIFIED IS NOT ONLY A PHENOMENAL DISPLAY, IT IS AN AWAKENING TO THE ENDLESS WONDER OF HIS GENIUS. HE WILL NEVER DIE...FOR IN HIS DEATH HE NOW HAS MADE "THE COMEBACK" HE SO EAGERLY YEARNED. THE MUSIC WORLD IS EXPLODING AGAIN WITH MICHAEL JACKSON'S SONGS, MEMOIRS OF THE LIFE OF A TRULY AMAZING EXTRAORDINAIRE. HE LIVED TO LOVE AND ENTERTAIN ALL OF GOD'S CREATIONS. HIS WAS A LOVE OF ALLTHE HUMAN RACE, A LOVE OF THE BEAUTIFUL BEASTS TO THE BEAUTIFUL BUTTERFLY. I LOVE THE SONG "BUTTERFLIES", ONE OF (MJ's) LAST TRACKS ON RADIO-AIR PLAY.
